At Canada’s future shop, an 8GB Zune is on sale for $99.99 Candian, which converts to just above $82. This is $50 cheaper than the same Zune when you cross the border. Yamaha just announced the availability for the Japanaese Market of their new Amplifier and CD Player, the A-S700 & CD-S700, for November at suggested retail price of 500€ for the A-S700 and 420 € for the CD-S700.
Regarding the CD-S700, a High-End model, it’s designed to complement the A-S700 amplifier. Our CD player use the proprietary Silent Loader mechanism which produces low noise and jitter and gives the product high quality feel. It features an USB port, and can reproduce CD-R/RW format, as well as MP3 and WMA audio files.

Safa Korea has launched the Bandi a MP3 player targeted towards women. Clad in pink, yellow and blue with chic looks the MP3 player has a 1.5 inch OLED display and flash memory from Samsung. The Bandi features touch scroll controls and an easy to use distinctive GUI. A Korea only product the 2GB version will sell for $55 and 4GB for $70.

Here is a brand new Touchscreen PMP from SmartQ. Dubbed as the Tao, this PMP offers a 3.3-inch touchscreen with a 480 x 320-pixel resolution and 500MHz blackfin processor. The 4GB version of this player is priced at $102.

Microsoft has unveiled the limited edition of Zune 120 PMP that was inspired by the Gears of War 2 video games. Microsoft will release this player on November 7th, 2008. The gadget features 244 pieces of “Gears of War” media including the soundtrack, concept art, behind-the-scenes videos, and comes with a laser-etched “Crimson Omen” onto a glossy black casing. The Gears of War 2 Special-edition Zune PMP retails for $280. You can pre-orders this gadget right now at Walmart.com and Amazon.com starting tonight.

Cowon has officially confirmed that the new Cowon O2 and S9 PMP will be available in November 2008. As a reminder, the Cowon O2 is a 4.3-inch AMOLED player with DMB support. Priced at around $698, the gadget provides nine hours of video playback. Meanwhile, the price tag for the COWON S9 is still unavailable at this time.
Yamaha Japan has announced the TSX-120 (pictured after the jump) and TSX-130 iPod docks with soft wooden finish. Both share common features except that the TSX-130 (pictured above) comes with USB connectors and a CD-drive which supports playback and recording. Common features include amplifier output of 15W × 2ch, 2 x eight cms speakers, frequency response of 60Hz ~ 20kHz, FM tuner and remote control. Nothing special here except for the wooden finish which gives a classy look. Scheduled to hit Japanese stores by early December the TSX-120 will sell for 30,000 Yen ($ 300) and TSX-130 for 40,000 Yen ($ 400)
